Oenoferm® Bouquet is a culture dry yeast, pure and active, known for its aromatic features. 

Because of its special enzymatic features, aromatic components from the grape are freed.

Oenoferm Bouquet carries out an homogenous fermentation in temperatures close to 15° C. This selection generates good values of alcohol in the 14-15% vol. range. It is allowed by current legislation and regulations; and it is a product with tested purity and quality.
