Because of its special enzymatic features, aromatic components from the grape are freed.
Oenoferm Bouquet carries out an homogenous fermentation in temperatures close to 15° C. This selection generates good values of alcohol in the 14-15% vol. range. It is allowed by current legislation and regulations; and it is a product with tested purity and quality.
