Mycotoxins are toxic substances, produced by fungi that affect animas, causing different types of problems and a very important profitability loss.

Food contamination with mycotoxins establishes a worldwide challenge.  The damaged they produce is broad and diverse; this is why a whole action for its control and elimination is needed.
