It is a colorless, odorless and unflavored product.
It is used in the viticultural industry, as a stabilizer, because of its features as a prtotecting colloid, deactivating reaction that may generate cloudiness and unwanted precipitations, it mainly stabilizes the coloring matter, but also protects the wine in case of cupric and ferric cracks.
Its organoleptic quality is the enhancement of softness and roundness in the mouth, respecting the aromatic per I of the wine.
